unexpected gaining

How can antibodies related to AIDS virus?It's look like an easy and funny question to us,a group of graduated high school students. However, a truth in our aspects wouldn't be a guneine truth if we dont looked into it thoroughly.
As we know,we can know the presence of panthogens if there are specific antibodies which against these invaders.However,to HIV it may not work as there is a window period about 3-6 weeks when someone with HIV. Detectable antibodies against HIV can only exist at least 30 days after his or her infection.Thus we cant directly detect the presence of HIV virus by antibodies.Thus some specific assay must be carried out,ELISA test have been an prevalent test to HIV due to its high sensivity.About the instuction use of this test,you can just find the information online(if you are really interested!)as it might be to verbose for me to explain it.Things is not going to be 100% percent perfect,a great disputation against the ELISA test is about its borderline between positive and negative result.Maybe i will be the next biologist who create the most perfect assay and cure for HIV infectors.Who knows...

感觉or精准？

昨夜与惠洁的聊天时，他的一句话触发了我想写文章的冲动。我说了我学英文是讲求specification，而他却说他学英文是靠感觉的。很值得思索的问题，到底学语文是该靠感觉或讲求精准性呢？对于较偏爱议论文的我，当然较着重于事实和理论，理所当然的在陈述理论和事实时需要用非常肯定的语气来表达，所以vocab的精准性当然较为重要。靠感觉的议论文不会是好的议论文，因为它可能夹杂了你当下的不满等情绪。但对于惠洁，她叫偏爱descriptive这类较带文学气息的作文种类，这种作文的内容必须带有作者本身的感情才能带出文章的特色，vocab的精准性就派不上用场了，写描写文所用的词语都较偏向于运用简单的字，并带出他本身更深的涵义。过于公式化的描写文无法激发读者想看的欲望，更别说是好文章。

不懈的努力

近日来的生活对我来说可是非常地充实.早上起来吃完早餐后我就打开电脑和笔记本,然后就上了一个网站,开始不断搜索新英文单字,并将之记录下来.对我来说,这是我准备前往竞争强大的大学所做的准备,好不会被淘汰嘛!对于英文掌握能力不是很强的我,剩下的几个月就是我的冲刺时间.一个礼拜两天的英文补习并不满足我,在下个月我会再加入raja uda的英文补习班,为的就是不想输.我承认我是怕输的,但谁不怕到时没大学收,就算收了进到去也会怕跟不上进度啦...可能大家会觉得我还是生活在过去的日子就是拼命读书,大家都学做工,学赚钱,学独立,学会在社会立足.但对我来说此时的我还是想增强自己的语文能力和自己以后读的科系的相关知识,好打个底嘛...无论如何我们都一起奋斗吧!

成果

Since i attended my english class for one week already, now i am going to post my first ever guneine argumantative essay .the title is "The government should give aid to the less fortunates,but some people argue that we should teach them how to fish not give them a fish.What do you think?"
The financial crisis have swept over the world in the recent years.Hence, the supplement of allowence to the less fortunates in this global calamity from the government has become a popular issue amongst the public.However, the disputation against this policy has appeared as some people think that government should provide employment to them rather than merely giving an allowance .As a matter of fact, several factors should be taken into account when implemting this policy.
Financial conditions should be considered precisely as it displays the wealth of a country.Compared to a developed country,a developing country 's national treasury will be definitely weaker to assist the less fortunate due to the tardy development of its economy.Moreover, the provision of allowance without control may lead to an economic collapse.A government who is failed with malversation is not advised to provide allowance to its citizens as it may worsen the economic condition of the country.Apart from this, the aid to the less fortunate should also depend on the global pecuniary condition.
The propotion between population and employment opportunities decides the employment rae in a country.The enhancement of technology in a developed country has brought about the mechanization in every industry.As a result,the unemployment rate in a dveloped country will surely be higher than developing countries which mainly rely on labour.
The provision of allowance should be appropriate as it may cause the laziness amongst the public.Humanity is realistic thus human will prefer to sit at home when the can earn money in both ways.Feeling of unfairness existing in the labour class may create a social turmoil.
All in all,the aid to the less fortunate do bring contributions to the development of a country when it is implemented in the right time and right place.

很好

一个人

最近的生活真的很孤独，一个人吃饭，一个人上网，一个人看戏，真的很闷。。。看着大家都忙于自己的事情，突然发现自己是无所事事的。有点不是滋味，今天很意外的受到了nottingham大学的来电，告诉我申请的pharmacy course被录取了，要我在二月十三号到他的大学跟pharmacy的staff interview，自己并没有感到太高兴，因为老实说我认为被录取是意料中事，只是想不到这么快罢了。。。终于自己有一件事情可以忙了，想到何以和自己未来的职业相关的人士交谈就很兴奋，随缘吧！在这里要谢谢傅金美老师的提携，幸好他想副校长提出了我要到学校当临教的事情，要不然等到n年都不会有人睬我哦。。。真希望自己接下来的生活可以充实点，有英文，由学生，应该会很有趣。。。

微不足道

星期一正式去到了gurney附近的indahria apartment开始了英文补习，正确来说更像是一场英文辩论会。老师出乎意料的是一位年仅二十六岁的男生，处处还对他抱有怀疑的态度。但刚开始给我的问题就已经将我彻底击败了。想不到大学的论文是那么的难写，首先他给了我第一样功课，听着了“gorvernment should give aid to the less fortunate.But someone say that we should teach them to fish and not give them a fish.What do you think?"这个题目确实震惊了我，想不到大学argumantative类型的论文是如此的“成熟”。chris也开始叫我用成人的思想去针对这个题目发表意见，我费了大约十五分钟才想出了意见，庆幸的是我的意见获得了他的赞同，接下来她又给了我一个题目，“british parlimentary system and american palimentary system, which system do you think is more effective?"很显然如果你不清楚这两种机制的话，你是不可能会作大的，我只好乖乖听他的解释，在这过程中我的确获得了很多英文额外的知识，更学到了一些英文专用名词。这两个小时的时间的确让我获益匪浅，带着他给我的功课我怀着愉快的心情回家了。真期待下次的补习。顺便告诉大家以上两题都是ielts的作文制定题目，尤其是第一题，是这次ielts考试的热门题哦。有兴趣补习的人可以来问我哦！

抉择

心很挣扎,在等待大学录取的消息期间,心是那么的紧张,究竟自己能不能进到自己的理想大学,能不能读到自己的理想科系,就急剧的一句话的确影响了我,读什么都可以,最重要是能找吃的,如果纯粹为了兴趣而断送了自己的钱途的确不是件好事.医生,药剂学,的确苦了我的头脑啊....宣读医生并不得到除了我舅舅以外的人的支持,就连惠洁也告诉我说读医生是很辛苦的,一读就要个七八年,雷也说医生是回报率最低的行业,而且我本身又是怕血一族.做医生的路途上的确许多困难是我要克服的.药剂系嘛,难度较低,时间较短,而且读出来后赚的钱也不少,但是对我来说就缺乏了一种挑战性.读了十二年学校,真的很讨厌一层不变的东西,对久了真的会发狂.药剂学嘛就是有这个问题.痛苦挣扎着如何抉择,自己的决定受到了动摇,这是我在学习路上从未试过的,真的希望大学快点及录取通知单给我让我快点释了报复吧...
